G.F. Carroll, rider of Estado De La Luna, trained by Joseph Patrick O'Brien, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount was slowly away.
The Raceday Stewards reviewed an incident in the closing stages involving Silver Kiss, ridden by C.D. Hayes, placed third, and Maeda Matsu, ridden by R.P. Cleary, placed first, where it appeared they made contact for a stride. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the matter, the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that no further action was warranted.
249E Big Evs At Tally-Ho H'capA. Browne-Souza, rider of Whatswrongnow, trained by Batt Burke, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount hung left up the straight.
249F Hartes Group Apprentice H'capThe Raceday Stewards interviewed J. Pietropaolo, rider of Covert Legend (GB), concerning his use of the whip in the closing stages of this race. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned. J. Pietropaolo stated that he felt his mount was responding but accepted he was in breach of the regulation and apologised for his actions. Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the evidence the Raceday Stewards found J. Pietropaolo was in breach of R.10.3(b)(out of contention) and having considered his clean record in this regard they suspended him for two racedays. Mr. P.F. Myerscough and Mr. J. Weld recused themselves from this enquiry. Mr. C.J. O'Reilly acted as Chairman.
The Raceday Stewards interviewed K.G. Kennedy, rider of Wie Wunderbar (GB), concerning his use of the whip in the closing stages of this race. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned.K.G. Kennedy stated that he miscounted and accepted he was in breach of the regulation and apologised for his actions. Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the evidence the Raceday Stewards found K.G. Kennedy was in breach of R.10.3 (g)(frequency) and having considered his record in this regard (second offence) they suspended him for four racedays. Mr. P.F. Myerscough Mr. J. Weld recused themselves from this enquiry. Mr. C.J. O'Reilly acted as Chairman.
J.E. Harnett, rider of Sinbad My Dad, trained by Seamus Fahey, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount hung right in the last furlong.
249G TRM BIOACTIVE Energy Boost H'capThe Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Diamond Exchange, trained by Mrs John Harrington, at the request of the Raceday Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.
S. Foley, rider of Diamond Exchange, trained by Mrs John Harrington, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount never travelled.
C.D. Hayes, rider of Guardian Of Realm (GB), trained by Denis Gerard Hogan, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount ran too keen.

The Raceday Stewards granted a request from the IHRB Clerk of the course Brendan Sheridan to amended the distances of race six and race seven to one mile two furlongs and one hundred and eighty four yards due to operational reasons.
